We want every chocolate you receive to be perfect and satisfying. If you encounter any issues during your purchase, please carefully review the return and exchange policy below. We will do our best to provide you with attentive after-sales support.
I. General Guidelines
Because chocolate is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues.
However, if the product you received was damaged during shipping, incorrectly packaged, severely melted, or does not match your order,
we are happy to provide a replacement or refund.
II. Return and Exchange Request Circumstances
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product and provide the following information:
Order number
Description of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, deformed product, etc.)
Clear photos as proof
After verification, we will provide you with one of the following solutions:
Reshipment: Send you the same product free of charge;
Refund: Refund the product price to the original payment method;
Discount: Provide a discount coupon or points toward your next purchase. If the product has been shipped for more than 7 days or due to improper storage (e.g., exposure to high temperatures, exposure to humidity, or refrigeration), we cannot provide returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.
III. Non-Returnable Circumstances
To ensure food safety and product quality, the following situations are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
The product has been opened or consumed;
Dissatisfaction is caused by personal taste preferences (e.g., sweetness, texture);
Return due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or no one signing for the product;
The product has deteriorated due to improper storage after receipt;
The 7-day after-sales service request period has expired.
IV. International Orders
For international shipments (not within the United States):
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping time caused by customs clearance delays or customs inspections in the destination country.
If the package is returned due to refusal or unpaid duties, we can assist with reshipping, but the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
V. Refund Methods
Once the refund conditions are confirmed, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
The refund amount will be refunded to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
If you paid with a gift card or coupon, the corresponding amount will be refunded in the form of points or a new coupon.
VI. Product Quality and Temperature Assurance
All products are produced in facilities that meet FDA food safety standards.
We use heat-resistant packaging and condensation preservation methods to ensure product freshness during delivery.
During the summer, minor melting due to extreme temperatures is not considered a quality issue.
