A: Simply select your chocolate items, add them to your shopping cart, fill in your shipping information, and complete your payment. You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes.
Q2: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as secure payment methods like PayPal and Apple Pay.
Q3: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible! Once it’s shipped, we can’t modify or cancel it.

A: We currently ship within the United States and internationally. Some remote areas may require additional time or shipping fees.

A: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and arrive approximately 7 business days after shipment, depending on region and weather conditions.
Q6: Will the chocolate melt in the summer?
A: We use heat-proof packaging and fast delivery to ensure the chocolate remains in optimal condition during transit.

A: Our chocolate has a shelf life of 6–12 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or high temperatures.

After-Sales and Returns

A: If your chocolate is damaged or misplaced during shipping, please contact us within 7 days and we will provide a replacement or refund.
